Brain drain? Let's better say looking for their dreams
An article from my good pal Alfredo Corchado. Quote: "(Mexico a) country that has failed to close the income and opportunity gap with its wealthy northern neighbor or provide basic security to its population". Corchado is kind of a kind guy, but it's worth reading his work.
